Something odd Ive learned. When one doesn't have to get up and go to work, one tends to lose track of what day it is. Im not sure this is a good thing but certainly something to note. Ive tried to sleep late but The Beast was given an early Christmas present of a giant stocking full of squeaky toys. She has little to no interest in them until D leaves the house for work each morning. Then she considers it her duty to bring the entire pile in to the bedroom, right next to the bed and test out the squeakers on each... over, and.. over... and ..... Im trying to enjoy the time off by cooking and playing with The Beast but still there are things that weigh heavily on my mind. I need to listen to my friend JORGE who is always wise but would be just like me were the shoe on the other foot. I suppose Im just a worrier. Food always helps....
